St Marys council is supporting volunteers who are working towards upgrades at the skate park in town.
Council has sent a request for design proposals while also committing $15,000 on the project.
Fundraising efforts seen for upgrades at the skate park have reached nearly $250,000 after a request for upgrades at the park was given approval back in October.
The Rotary Club of St Marys has pledged to donate $100,000 who were contributors to the towns original skate park.
