Like the rest of the province, Huron-Perth Public Health is reporting a larger rise in community cases everyday. Dr. Miriam Klassen says their investigation is showing why community cases are starting to rise again
“During our investigations, we are finding that people are more often reporting that they are not following all the public health recommendations. They are going to work ill or attending gatherings without the necessary precautions in place.” said Dr. Klassen
Huron Perth Public Health currently has 47 active cases, most coming from an outbreak at Cedarcroft Retirement Place in Stratford.
