A small business owner has stepped in to fill the void in small engine repair with the retiring of a long-term person working in the field.
When Calvin Knarr, owner of Alva Cherrey’s Garage in Drayton heard that G&H Small Engines owner Harry Donkersgoed was retiring he decided to fill in the gap being left.
The resulting business, ACG Small Engine Repair will offer, in addition to repairs, such products as Husqvarna, Stihl, Ahrens, and more.
This is the second new venture for Knarr. He had just finalized purchase of Bambi’s Auto Sales.
The new small engine repair business is expected to be up and running by next month.
