Ontario’s police watchdog has charged a Stratford officer with assault.
The incident dates back to February at the Stratford Bus Terminal when police were called in for a disturbance.
One man was arrested and taken to hospital with serious injuries.
As a result, a constable with Stratford Police has been charged with one count assault causing bodily harm and will appear in court next month.
