Stratford Police say the suspect have been identified in a shooting in Stratford Thursday night which left two people dead.
Police say it was a result of an ongoing feud between neighbours which led to the violence.
31 year old Ricky Bilcke opened fire and shot three people before ending his life.
The shooter had rung out shots from across the road with a high powered rifle, striking the first victim, a 36 year old who was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Police are still looking for any video surveillance to help with investigation.
