Stratford Police have provided an update on a crash in Perth South.
Police were called to a single vehicle crash on Perth Road 139 at Line 2.
The driver of the vehicle, a 28 year old woman of West Perth was pronounced dead.
Police have learned the vehicle was weaving within its lane when it veered off and struck a tree.
The driver was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle.
Police continue to ask anyone with information to contact them.
