There is reassuring news out of the Federal Government today in terms of self-employed individuals who applied for CERB.

The Prime Minister made the announcement today that those that applied in error due to confusion regarding their gross and net income reaching the $5000 threshold will see the gross income used.

This means they will not have to repay the CERB payments they were given as long as they meet all other criteria for the support payments.

Those that have already repaid the payments will have the money returned to them.
