During the month of December, members of the Huron-Perth Community Street Crime Unit, Stratford Police Service Street Crime Unit as well as the Perth County and Huron County OPP along with the West Region Emergency Response Team and Tactical Unit conducted a property crime investigation in Perth County.
On December 13th a search warrant was executed at a residence on Line 21 in West Perth.
As a result, two people have been charged and stolen property recovered including an Artic Cat snowmobile, and two snowmobile trailers.
The suspects charged include a 29 year old male of Stratford with property obtained by crime & failing to comply with probation charges.
A 33 year old female of West Perth faces property obtained by crime charges.
The accused have been released and face a court date in February to speak to the charges. The investigation is continuing.
