Wellington County OPP have charged three people after a drug trafficking investigation.
On January 13th at around 4:45am, Wellington County OPP’s Community Street Crime Unit Executed a search warrant at a residence in Milton.
The search resulted in the seizure of suspected meth, cocaine, various weapons, ammunition, Canadian cash and indicia related to drug trafficking.
The total value of the drugs and property seized is over $24,000.
A 24 year old of Etobicoke has been charged with;
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited device or ammunition
- Careles s storage of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
- Failure to comply with release order – other than attend court
A 25-year-old from Milton has been charged with
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited device or ammunition
- Careless storage of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
A 25 year old of Milton has also been charged with;
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited device or ammunition
- Careless storage of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition
