It’s been over one week as the search continues from local firefighters and OPP officers across the region for a 10 year old girl fell through the ice around Whirl Creek in Mitchell.
First reported on March 6th, Perth East-West Perth firefighters have been assisted by other stations across neighbouring counties as many search icy banks by ground and air.
The search expanded on Thursday to include the Thames River in St Marys.
Northern Bruce Peninsula Fire Services will join the search today and Tuesday.
