Saugeen Connects, a partnership between the Saugeen Economic Development Corporation and six municipalities including Brockton, Hanover, West Grey, Wellington North, South Bruce and Minto is kicking off the 4th annual Advancing Women Economically series.
The AWE program aims to support women get the skills needed to build and sustain a successful business and develop more confidence.
The group is running a webinar series through 9 virtual workshops from March 12th-May 7th.
Topics will include Business Planning, Cashflow, Social Media Marketing, Applying for Grants and Loans and more.
The program has helped over 70 women get the necessary skills to build and sustain a successful business, develop more confidence and be provided with support to overcome a portion of barriers they face.
