The Rotary Club of Walkerton has made a financial donation of $5000 in support for refugees fleeing from Ukraine.
The donation will head to the Rotary Disaster Response Fund which has Rotary International using the fund support refugees.
The Rotary Club of Walkerton has also honoured Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy with a Paul Harris Fellow award.
The Paul Harris Fellow award is given to those who have made exceptional contributions to Rotary or embody the principals of which Rotary stands for.
