A recycling truck which caught fire on Wednesday in Mount Forest kept fire crews busy in the morning.
Wellington North Fire responded to the blaze at 7:49am for a vehicle on fire on Highway 6 and Sligo Road.
The truck was empty at the time it caught fire as it just dumped its load.
There were no injuries in the fire with the cause still unknown.
