The RBC Foundation has put forward $750,000 to support local and regional nurses.
This donation will support the Children’s Health Foundation and London Health Sciences Foundation to allow training to be brought directly to nurses and front line workers across 33 hospitals in the area.
This donation comes during National Nursing Week to support skills and resiliency training for nurses and front line healthcare workers.
Part of the funding will be for the Paediatric Regional Outreach Program or PROP training.
This training will be available at no cost for hospitals in Listowel, Wingham and Clinton among many more.
