The Stratford Police Serivce is looking for assistance from the public with identifying a suspect involved in several thefts from the LCBO in Stratford, located at 1067 Ontario Street.
The supsect in the matter is described as white male, in his 70’s, average height with a heavy build and balding.
In each incident the male was wearing a brown leather coat, red scarf and black shoes.
Also in each case the male was carrying a reusable shopping bag with the word “Malbec Ryrah”, “Torrontes” and “Ehrenfelser”.
Staff from the LCBO reported that three seperate incidents occured throughout late February and early March. On each occasion the supect stole two $60 bottles of Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve scotch whiskey, which he concealed within his coat.
At this time the identity of the male is uknown, and police are asking anyone with information regarding his identity to contac them at 519-271-4141 or Crime Stroppers at 1-800-222-8477.
