The public is being encouraged to attend a meeting on Wednesday regarding a residential development in Fergus off of St David Street North.
The development will bring 37 townhouses and 12 single homes at 961 St David Street North between Sideroad 19 and Sideroad 18.
Parking for the area will be provided by a driveway and garage for each unit with an extra 15 on street parking spaces being added.
The subject land is serviced by schools, parks and other institutional uses in a close walking distance.
