A 50-50 charity draw supporting dozens of hospitals across Ontario, including some local hospitals has now surpassed a major fundraising miles tone.
Split the Pot Lottery has announced that in just three weeks since its launch, ticket sales for the 50-50 draw have surpassed $1 million.
The jackpot, which is now over $500,000 and growing, will be divided among 13 grand prize winners.
The other half of the proceeds will support critical healthcare initiatives at 51 participating hospitals throughout Ontario.
The Groves Memorial Hospital, St Marys Hospital as well as the South Huron Hospital will benefit from the 50-50.
