Eligible municipalities in Perth-Wellington will receive over 10 million dollars in provincial funding in 2021.
The funds will be delivered through the Ontario Municipal Partnership Fund.
These funds are intended to support rural and Northern municipalities.
The breakdown includes:
1,500,000 to the Town of Minto
1,440,000 to North Perth
1,200,000 to the Township of Wellington North
1,000,000 to Perth, Perth East and the County of Wellington
Just under 1,000,000 to West Perth
862,000 to the Township of Mapleton
Just over 500,000 dollars to Perth South and St. Marys.
