Premier Ford Cabinet Discuss Newer Restrictions

Curfew on the table but faces issues seen in Quebec

 

Premier Doug Ford met with his cabinet on the discussion of new restrictions which would be necessary to deal with the rising cases of COVID-19 variant cases which has overloaded the hospitals.
Hospital stats as of yesterday have 1932 in hospital from COVID-19 in Ontario with 659 in the ICU.
There is no word what tighter restrictions the government is considering.
When asked about a province wide curfew, Solicitor General Sylvia Jones said while not off the table she pointed to the riots in Montreal and how its tough to enforce and peoples willingness to do a curfew.
