Nearly 1000 Hydro One customers will be without power in Mapleton for scheduled work on Sunday.
The planned outage is taking place from 1:15-7:15am as crews work on electricity equipment near the Elmira Transformer Station.
Crews are replacing insulators which are critical to the safe and reliable operation of the power system.
Hydro One and some Enova customers are expected to be affected with the work being done at a time when electricity use is typically lower to help minimize the impact on customers.
