Perth-Wellington MP John Nater was in Arthur last night as part of the Opening Ceremonies of the Arthur Fall Fair.
In the post he said he was honoured to offer his reflections on the legacy of service of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and to recognize the outstanding volunteers at the event with the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Pins.
The volunteers recognized, Gerald & Mary Townsend and Chris & Bonnie McIntosh he says are incredible volunteers with so many local organizations and groups, adding that they give their time and talents whenever and whereever they are asked.
The Arthur Fall Fair runs through Sunday.
