Perth South and South Huron are building on their partnership, renewing a shared services agreement among the two municipalities.
The new agreement looks to improve cooperation between both Perth South and South Huron on enforcing building codes, replacing an old agreement which ended in 2017.
The new deal will ensure both municipalities have regular building services coverage including unexpected staff absences, vacations and handling extra workloads.
Perth South will be reviewing the agreement in council this month.
