The Perth East & West Perth Fire Department spread word of its Fire Prevention Week Open Houses and contests set for next week.
The Department will be holding an open house in Mitchell next Tuesday from 6 until 8pm, in Milverton and Sebringville next Wednesday from 6 until 8pm and Shakespeare next Thursday from 6 until 8pm.
They are also holding a contest for kids to create a home escape plan.
They just need to bring it completed to an upcoming open house to receive a ballot.
There are also fun activities, hot dogs & refreshments and fire safety info at the events.
