Built for Zero Canada has recognized the efforts of Perth County for reducing the number of those experience chronic homelessness by 10 per cent below the local baseline for 3 straight months.
Built for Zero Canada is part of the Canadian Alliance to End Homeless which has recognized the county’s efforts.
Credited for the bulk of those efforts includes United Way Perth Huron, Optimism Place, Stratford’s Social Services Department and the Canadian Mental Health Association of Huron-Perth.
