Perth County Paramedics have celebrated their first full education day towards supporting the community in a more chronic capacity with the Community Paramedicine Program.
The program is to encourage less visits to the hospital and help clients have some independence from their own home.
This program helps clients get the help the need until other community care partners can get involved.
The program itself has expanded in members from 4 to over a dozen.
The program has been hyped up for the past 3 years.
