On December 14th just before 9am Perth County OPP responded a suspicious person report on Wellington Street in Mitchell.
It was reported an 11 year old student was walking on Wellington Street when they were spoken to by a female driving a red vehicle asking the youth to get into their vehicle to drive them to school.
After the youth said no, the female drove away.
The driver is described as a white female, approximately 40-50 years, short white hair and wearing a black puffy jacket.
