Perth County OPP responded to a serious two vehicle collision at 7am Tuesday morning on Perth Road 20, south of Mitchell.
One individual was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Drivers are asked to continue to avoid Perth Road 20 and Road 150 as OPP Technical Collision Investigators remain on the scene.
The identity of the deceased is being withheld until next of kin are notified.
