Perth County OPP have charged a person with multiple charges after a domestic occurrence in North Perth on Sunday.
Officers were called to an incident already in progress and during the investigation determined that one person involved had assaulted the other.
The victim sustained minor injuries.
A 25 year old of no fixed address was arrested and charged with two counts of spousal assault, failure to comply with a release order, escape from lawful custody, breach of recognizance and theft under $5,000.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
