Perth County OPP charge Four Drivers with Stunt Driving over Long Weekend

In each case the drivers license was suspended for 30 days, car impounded for 14 days and all set to appear at a Stratford court at later date.

Perth County OPP has charged four drivers with stunt driving after stopping them in Perth County over the Long Weekend.

On July 30th just after 7pm an officer stopped a vehicle on Perth Road 180 travelling 132 km in an 80 zone. A 44 year old of Waterloo was charged.

Then just 30 minutes late another officer stopped a vehicle on Perth Road 119 in Perth East that was travelling 117 km in a 60 zone. A 22 year old of London was charged.

On July 31st just after 7pm officers stopped a vehicle on Perth Line 55 in Perth East found to be travelling 145 km in an 80 zone. A 30 year old of Waterloo was charged.

And finally a 22 year old of Milton was charged with racing a motor vehicle. No details of the infraction were provided.

In each incident the drivers license of those involved was suspended for 30 days, their car impounded for 14 days and they are all scheduled to appear at a Stratford court at later dates to answer to the charges.
