Perth County has launched a free resource to help businesses across the county recruit and retain employees.
The Workforce Attraction & Retention Toolkit offers tools, templates, instructional guides and more.
The comprehensive online resource is focused on helping Ontario businesses implement programming that facilities the attraction and retention of much-needed worker, providing them access to creative solutions to the labour shortage.
The program was created by Perth County in partnership with InvestStratford.
All that is required to take part is to register at the WARET website and watch for instructions on creating your log-in and password.
