Fire Departments across Perth County, St Marys and Stratford have entered a contract agreement with GFL Environmental for the provision of emergency and hazardous material response.
The agreement will provide support for the fire departments and was a collaborative effort to meet the requirements of the Provincial Mutual Aid Agreement to provide hazardous materials response and/or clean up services.
The new Hazardous Material Response Contract began upon signing the contract and will expire on August 31st 2026.
