Percon Developments Inc has broken ground at the site of their industrial subdivision in Milverton.
The subdivision will bring in employment to the region and serve as a landing spot for new business investment and help to further diversify the economic base in Perth East and across the county.
The 86.5 acre subdivision will cater to a variety of agriculture and agricultural related businesses.
The project was taken to meet a need for industrial land in Perth County to accommodate growing businesses who until now, may have needed to look elsewhere.
