The Perth County Federation of Agriculture is hosting their 7th Annual Harvest Gala on November 20, 2021.
For the second year in a row PCFA is hosting the Gala using a box of locally sourced ingredients for an at home format.
To take part in the Gala all you have to do is visit the Eventbrite link to reserve your box of ingredients which makes a gourmet meal for 2 adults.
On Friday, November 19th boxes will be ready to pickup from designated locations in Perth County. Then on Saturday, November 20th a video of their local chef with special guests will show you how to prepare the Gala meal will be released.
