OPP seeking Public’s assistance in incident with youth

Incident happened at Pioneer Gas Bar located on Highway 6 north of Guelph

The Wellington County OPP are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an individual that was involved in an interaction with a 15 year old youth on April 24th at approximately 8:30pm at the Pioneer Gas Bar located on Highway 6 north of Guelph.

The individual is described as:

  • Male
  • 45-60-years-old
  • Approximately 5’4 ft in height
  • Grey hair
  • Average build
  • Wearing a blue LA baseball hat, black collared shirt, black trench coat, dark pants, white running shoes and thin black necklace.

They were observed speaking with the youth in the doorway of the business before entering the rear seat of a gold/silver older model Toyota Corolla (possibly 2001-2003). The vehicle is described as having no front plate attached with a scuff on the passenger side bumper and black side mirrors.

The individual was accompanied by 2 other males who appeared in their 20’s.
