Perth County OPP closed off Perth Road 164 between Line 77 to Line 78 for 4 hours due to a disturbance north of Atwood yesterday.
Officers were called to the scene around 1:55 pm when members of the OPP, West Region Emergency Response Team and Crisis Negotiators responded to a well-being check at a residence on Road 164.
Police contained the residence during that time and activated the specialized units.
The situation has since been resolved.
