Wellington County OPP have charged a driver and removed an unsafe vehicle from the roads.
On Wednesday, OPP did a commercial motor vehicle spot check which resulted in a 41 year old Erin driver and the company charged with multiple offences and six warnings.
Charges include improper licence, overloaded tires, no brakes on trailer and insecure load.
The vehicle was taken out service.
