On October 13th, Wellington County OPP responded to a call of a suspicious person in Arthur.
It was reported at around 8:50am, a 12 year old student was walking along Conestoga Street North had been engaged and spoken to by a person who was parked along the roadway in a white sedan.
The person was described as a male with dark skin, speaking with an accent.
OPP are continuing to investigate and are looking to identify the subject of the compliant.
