OPP are investigating a fatal collision near Mount Forest from Sunday night.
Wellington County OPP responded to a the crash at around 10pm on Wellington Road 6.
A single vehicle had been involved with the lone driver suffering serious injuries.
The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. OPP West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team is taking part in the investigation to determine the cause.
Wellington Road 6 between Highway 89 and Lover Lane was closed throughout most the night.
