Huron Count OPP have charged a suspect following an incident that took place on John Street East in the Town of Wingham back on Thursday, January 30th.
Just before 4 pm that day police were contacted about an unwanted person.
Police attended and located the suspect, and he was arrested shortly after their arrival.
A 58-year-old male of no fixed address has been charged with causing a disturbance as well as multiple counts of failing to comply with probation.
The accessed was processed and held in custody for a bail hearing at a Goderich court where he was remanded into custody.
