Perth County OPP have charged an impaired driver trying to evade police.
On June 13th just after 12:30am a vehicle was seen driving on Line 71 in North Perth when they were seen trying to dodge the cops and pulled into a rural driveway.
The homeowner came out assisting police with detaining the driving and was arrested shortly after.
As a result a 23 year old of Stratford was charged with Operation While Impaired and Obstructing a Peace Officer.
The accused was released from custody and given a future court date next month.
