The Wellington County OPP announced that following a sexual assault investigation a 14-year old of Wellington County has been charged with a series of offences.
Police entered an investigation on March 7th after it was determined that between February and December 2022, three youth were sexually assaulted by another youth in separate incidents.
In one instance, intimate photos of another youth were shared without consent.
The accused was known to the victims.
The 14-year-old has been charged with 5 counts each of sexual assault, sexual interference, and invitation to sexual touching as well as non-consent distribution of intimate images and making child porn available.
They are set to appear before a Guelph court at a later date.
