Huron County OPP have charged a West Perth resident following a red light violation.
On September 7th at around 9pm, an officer on patrol in Clinton found a driver on Ontario Street who failed to stop for a red light.
A traffic stop was conducted and while speaking with the driver had found out they were prohibited from driving.
As a result the 32 year old man from West Perth has been charged with Operation While Prohibited.
The accused was release from custody and given a future court date in Goderich.
