Ontario is planning to introduce a set of policies which would require employers in education and most health-care settings to have strict COVID-19 vaccination policies for their staff.
Sources say Dr. Kieran Moore, Ontario’s top doctor won’t make vaccination mandatory for ambulance services or community and home care service providers but those who choose to not be vaccinated will need to regular tested for the virus.
The Ministry of Education is also likely to introduce a similar policy for employees at public funded school boards and licensed child care settings.
