The Ontario government is making changes to its G-level driving tests to help reduce the backlog caused by the pandemic.
A spokeswoman for Transportation Minister Caroline Mulroney says the province is removing certain aspects already assessed in the G2 test such as parallel parking, three point turns and roadside stops.
The changes are designed to make the tests shorter which will allow more tests to be booked and done.
The changes are expected to stay in effect until March 31st.
The G2 test will not see any changes to its assessments.
