Ontario families with young children will be receiving another COVID-19 cheque from the Ontario government to help offset some costs.
Parents with children aged 12 and younger will be able to get a one time cheque of $200 per child and $250 for a child 21 or younger with special needs.
This is the 2nd payment being given to families since the start of the pandemic. The payments were a part of Ontario governments budget which was tabled on Thursday.
The cheques are expected to arrive by Christmas.
