Just days after the Province expanded the program to be eligible for those residents 40 years and over they have announced a delay in shipments.
The Province received notice today that 2 upcoming shipments of the AstraZeneca vaccine from the Federal government will be delayed.
The delay will affect the shipments later this month and into next month.
Premier Ford continues to say that he has spoken with Ambassadors to Denmark and the US consulate in efforts to obtain more vaccine doses.
They also have plans to speak with the EU and India about additional supplies of vaccine.
