Wellington County OPP are investigating a fatal UTV crash in Erin.
On June 28th at around 12:15am, OPP responded to a serious crash involving a UTV carrying four passengers which had overturned at the intersection of Sideroad 10 at Eighth Line in Erin.
One person was pronounced deceased with three others not suffering any injuries.
As a result a 20 year old of Erin was charged with Dangerous Operation Causing Death, Operation While Impaired and Young Driver BAC Above 0.
The accused will appear in Guelph court next month.
