One person has been charged with assault after an incident in Listowel.
On January 4th Perth County OPP received a report of an assault which took place on Davidson Avenue North.
The accused had assaulted the victim with an object. There were no injuries as a result of the incident.
One person with no fixed address was charged with Assault with a Weapon and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused was released from custody and will appear in Stratford court at a later date.
