On March 31st just after 6:30am, Perth County OPP were joined alongside Perth County Paramedics and North Perth Fire responding to a motor vehicle collision on Perth Line 86 at Perth Road 178 just outside of Molesworth.
One person was pronounced deceased at the scene with two others taken to hospital with serious injuries, one was taken to trauma centre by Ornge Air Ambulance.
The deceased has been identified as 25 year old Jordan Gilkinson of Howick Township.
Investigation remains ongoing with the West Region OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team assisting.
The areas around Line 86/Amberley Road was closed for the investigation but has since reopened.
