The Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation announced the revenue set to be received by Centre Wellington for it being the home of Elements Casino Grand River in Elora.
OLG is distributing $717,647 for the quarterly period from 2022 for October to December.
The Township uses the funds it receives based on an allocation policy; 88 % to Township Capital, 5% to Arts, Cultural & Heritage and the remaining to Economic Development.
The Township signed an amended agreement with OLG in December to factor in additional proceeds of 4% of proceeds from sports betting at the facility.
